Standard Terms & Conditions

1. Refund period

I understand that I have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. After this 30-day period, payments made are non-refundable, subject to any statutory rights that may apply.

2. Payment plans

If I choose the 12-month payment plan (£125 × 12), I understand that I am committing to the full payment plan, with instalments collected monthly on the same date as my initial payment.

If a monthly payment is unsuccessful, the platform hosting the training will automatically attempt to collect the outstanding instalment a maximum of five times over a period of several weeks. During this period, my course access may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully collected. If all five payment attempts are unsuccessful, the platform will automatically terminate the payment plan and my access to the training will be permanently withdrawn. Payments made up to that point are non-refundable.

I therefore understand that I am responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for each monthly instalment and for avoiding repeated failed payment attempts.

3. Nature and scope of the qualification

I understand that successful completion of the training certifies me as a counsellor and may enable me to obtain appropriate professional insurance in accordance with UK requirements. I also understand that counselling and therapeutic work are practical and vocational disciplines and that, depending upon the nature and scope of the work I intend to undertake, further training, supervised practice and/or ongoing professional supervision may be appropriate or required for safe and responsible practice. I remain responsible for ensuring that I practise within my competence and meet any professional, legal, insurance or regulatory requirements applicable to my work.

4. Accreditation and professional registration

I understand that the training has been independently reviewed and accredited by the ACCPH. Any application for professional membership or registration with the ACCPH following certification is separate from ISOHH and is my responsibility, including any associated fees and requirements.

5. Certification and assessment

Certification is subject to satisfactory completion of the training and final evaluation requirements, comprising an extensive written Q&A and three case studies. I will have a maximum of two opportunities to satisfactorily complete the final evaluation. No additional written coursework is required throughout the training.

6. Course Format

I understand that this is an English-language self-study programme delivered predominantly through digital video and audio teaching.

7. Personal Engagement

I understand that ISOHH encourages an embodied approach to learning and, as such, the training invites meaningful personal reflection and process during professional learning. I consider myself willing and ready to engage with the programme on this basis.

8. Emotional and Psychological wellbeing

I understand that the training explores trauma and other psychologically and emotionally sensitive material and that some content may feel personally activating or challenging. I remain responsible for determining how and when I engage with the material and for seeking appropriate outside therapeutic or professional support where necessary. Any such support is independent of ISOHH and at my own cost.

9. Course Access

I understand that I may work through the programme at my own pace and have a maximum of three years from the date of purchase to complete the training and submit my final evaluation.

10. Self-study Provision and Level 3 Accreditation

I understand that this is a self-study programme and does not include individual supervision, personal therapy or organised peer-practice placements. Where I require additional personal or professional support, supervision or practice opportunities, I am responsible for arranging these independently. I understand that the programme is externally accredited by the ACCPH as Counselling Level 3, whilst its curriculum extends considerably beyond a standardised Level 3 syllabus due to its speciality and the depth and scope of teaching.

11. Intellectual property and individual access

All course materials, recordings and resources remain the intellectual property of ISOHH Ltd and/or Aimee Rai and are provided solely for my individual learning and professional development. Course access is personal to the enrolled student and must not be shared. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, published or shared without prior written permission. Serious or repeated infringement may result in withdrawal of access and/or appropriate legal action.

12. Technical support and student conduct

If I experience an account, payment or technical access issue, I will contact info@isohh.org.uk. ISOHH is a small team providing a personal service and aims to respond to administrative enquiries within 48–72 hours wherever reasonably possible. I understand that occasional technical issues may take time to investigate and resolve.

Students are expected to communicate respectfully with staff at all times. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or persistently inappropriate communication will not be accepted and, in serious circumstances, may result in removal from the programme.

13. Evaluation and certification timescales

I understand that final evaluations may take up to eight weeks to be reviewed and, where successfully completed, certification will be issued digitally to the email address associated with my learning account. Requests for replacement or re-issued certificates at a later date may incur a reasonable administrative fee.

14. Data protection

I understand that ISOHH Ltd will securely process and retain my personal information as necessary to administer my enrolment, payments, course access, assessment and certification, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the ISOHH Privacy Policy.

By completing my purchase, I confirm that I have read and understood these terms and am enrolling on this basis.
