Standard terms and conditions:

1. I understand that I have 30 days to request a refund of monies and thereafter all monies paid are non-refundable.
   
   
2. I understand if choosing the multipayment option of £125 x 12 that monies will be taken monthly on the date the initial payment is made, and that failure to make these payments may result in permanent loss of access to the course without refund of prior payments. I am responsible for ensuring monies are in the account for payments to be taken and I understand that if payment is missed I will need to wait for the automated system to attempt to take payment again a few days later before my access is reinstated.
   
   
3. I understand that although this course will certify me as a counsellor and allow me to seek insurance as a counsellor (UK guidelines), this course is foundational and introductory in its nature, that counselling and therapeutic work is practical and vocational, and that as such, further training, practice and supervision/oversite may be necessary for me to enter into safe and responsible practice.
   
   
4. I understand that this course has been externally reviewed and accredited by the ACCPH. Should I wish to register with them post certification this is a matter distinct from the school itself and I am responsible for doing so independently and am also responsible for paying any costs incurred in doing so.
   
   
5. I understand that certification is not guaranteed and that for certification to be awarded I will be given a maximum of two opportunities to satisfactorily complete the evaluation requirements including an extensive written Q and A and 3 case studies at the end of the training. Should I not pass the evaluations process I understand that no refunds will be issued. I understand that no other written work will be required throughout the duration of the training.
   
   
6. I understand that this training is predominantly offered through digital video and audio content in English language.
   
   
7. I understand that this course offers an opportunity for a significant personal journey and consider myself willing and ready to engage as such.
   
   
8. I understand that this course contains material that may be emotionally activating and psychologically triggering, and that participation may create challenges for some people. I understand that neither the school, ISOHH LTD, nor Aimee Rai, can take any responsibility for the ways in which this training or its content may affect me personally, and that they advise I seek outside therapeutic support as and when necessary, and engage with the content with care and consideration for my own wellbeing. I understand in embarking upon this course that it may well be necessary to seek such professional support at my own cost.
   
   
9. I understand I am able to work through this course at my own pace and that I have a maximum of 3 years access to work through the content and submit my evaluation (from date of purchase) and that this period is not extendable under any circumstances. I am responsible for ensuring I complete all necessary tasks and learning prior to the end of my access period.
   
   
10. I understand that this is a self-study program and that should I want or need to seek further personal or professional support of any kind including but not limited to, supervision or opportunities to practice the techniques taught I will be responsible for resourcing this myself and that the school is unable to directly provide these services. I understand this self-study program is deemed Level 3 equivalent in spite of the depth and breadth of its syllabus, and that my certificate will detail the self-study nature of the program and my total learning hours. 
    
    
11. I understand that all content and resources provided are the exclusive intellectual property of ISOHH LTD and Aimee Rai and are not to be shared, distributed or copied under any circumstances. I understand that I, the person signing up for this course in name, am the only person allowed to access the platform and content within it. Failure to respect this may result in my access being revoked without refund and I understand may leave me open to legal recourse.
    
    
12. I understand that in the occasional instance that minor technical or access issues arise with my account I must contact the school via [email protected] and that the admin team will respond to me within a timely manner (usually within 48 hours) but that, as is reflected in the competitive price point of this program, the school is run by a small team offering a personal service and that sometimes I will need to be patient while issues are resolved. If I have not received a suitable resolution and response after 48 hours I am welcome to follow up, but agree not harass the administrative team with multiple emails hours apart, nor communicate in a manner that could be deemed as aggressive. I understand that if my communication is deemed as inappropriate the school have the right to remove me from the training program without refund and that the staff must be treated with due respect, even in written form, at all times. 
13. I understand that it will take up to 8 weeks for my evaluation entry to be reviewed and my certificate digitally issued via the email address connected with my learning platform account. I understand that any later request for re-issue of certification may incur administrative charge.
